With our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), you can rest assured that your instrument is running at peak performance. We maintain complete service history and field service reports of all your instruments that includes instrument type, date information, purpose of visit and a brief description of the service call. All our AMC clients are given priority over regular service calls ensuring minimal downtime and quicker redressal of complaints.
